Arifuzzaman is a B-School Professor, strategist, and an internationally certified emotional intelligence corporate trainer with 20 years of experience providing outstanding knowledge products for 1 Million students, managers and employees. Arif has been in the education & learning industry since 2003 and has delivered trainings & lectures on Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Leadership, Teamwork, and bootstrapped financing for BCS Cadres at BPATC, ICMAB, a2i, Dhaka WASA, HelpAge International Bangladesh, Brac Bank, 5 international universities of Canada, Australia and India and other corporates.

Ahmed Ehsanur Rahman:

Ahmed Ehsanur Rahman is a communication, learning and development professional with over 25 years of experience spanning the development, public, media, corporate and social sectors. At QUAZI Consultants, he contributes to strategic communication, partnerships, brand positioning, business growth, and learning & development initiatives.
Over the last 12 years alone, Ahmed has held mid to senior level management roles with various esteemed organizations, including a2i (a UNDP-backed Government project under the ICT Division); BBC Media Action; Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs (CCP), through its flagship USAID-funded Ujjiban SBCC and Breakthrough ACTION projects; and JAAGO Foundation, alongside his experience with other development and social-sector organizations.
Prior to entering the non-profit communications arena, Ehsan had bagged a decade full of experiences in some of the pristine media and corporate organizations that include: Asiatic Talkingpoint, RED Dot Ltd, Cinema House Ltd, Delta BRAC Housing (DBH) Finance Corporation Ltd., etc.
Beyond his core communication and leadership responsibilities, Ehsan has also served in various capacities as an in-house trainer, facilitator, and training coordinator across multiple organizations, giving him hands-on experience in workplace learning, capacity development, and facilitation. Ehsan’s facilitation approach blends real-world professional experience, storytelling, empathy, inclusion, and experiential learning, with a particular interest in exploring music as a creative medium for learning, communication, and human connection.
