Quazi Consultants facilitates SACP-RAINS Strategic Planning and Collaboration Retreat 2025, which began on 9th August, 2025 at the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) in Dhaka. The high-level retreat is organized by the Smallholder Agricultural Competitiveness Project (SACP-RAINS) and brings together coordinated efforts of four key agencies โ€” DAE, DAM, BARI and BADC.

The opening day featured a high-level Keynote Presentation on โ€œClimate Change Adaptation and Way Forwardโ€ by Mr. Muhammad Abul Kasem, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance (MoF). The session was followed by an open discussion aimed at shaping practical strategies to safeguard the countryโ€™s smallholder farmers and strengthen food security in the face of climate challenges.

The program was graced by Chief Guest Dr. Mohammad Emdad Ullah Mian, Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, and attended by 150 participants, including Additional Directors (ADs), Deputy Directors (DDs), and Upazila Agricultural Officers (UAOs) from across the country.

All sessions were moderated by ๐๐ฎ๐š๐ณ๐ข ๐Œ. ๐€๐ก๐ฆ๐ž๐, Founder & Managing Partner of Quazi Consultants, ensuring a smooth flow of dialogue and productive engagement among participants.
