𝗤𝘂𝗮𝘇𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗨𝗛𝗟 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹

Quazi Consultants successfully facilitated the UHL Leadership Retreat 2025 for United Hospital. The high-impact workshop took place on August 1, Friday at BRAC CDM in Savar, bringing together healthcare leaders committed to driving innovation and excellence in their field.

The retreat was led by 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝘇𝗶 𝗠. 𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗱, IFC-Certified Master Trainer, Global Leadership Trainer, and Founder & Managing Partner of Quazi Consultants. With advanced qualifications including an LLB, MBA (IBA), MA (Japan), IMP (NYU, USA), and CISS (Norway), Mr. Ahmed guided participants through interactive sessions grounded in the internationally recognized GROW® Model of Coaching.

During the program, Mr. Ahmed covered a range of critical leadership topics, including welcoming participants and outlining objectives, shifting mindsets from operational to strategic thinking, breaking down silos to build cross-functional collaborations, embracing and leading change, and concluding with a comprehensive summary and actionable next steps.
