International leadership trainer Quazi M. Ahmed, Founder & Managing Partner of QUAZI Consultants successfully conducted a training program titled โEngaging Minds: Mastering Presentation & Facilitation Skillsโ on August 31, 2025, at the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), Mirpur Road, Dhaka.
The program was graced by Md. Obaidur Rahman, Secretary, Ministry of Industries, as the Chief Guest, and Dr. Khandoker Azizul Islam, Director General of BIM, as the Chair. Both dignitaries remained present throughout the entire training.
The interactive session brought together senior administrators and almost all senior & junior Counsellors of BIM, representing diverse fields of expertise including financial management, business administration, industrial relations, project management, management, procurement, marketing, statistics, human resource management and labor laws, research, public procurement, safety and health, ICT, and administration. Counsellors who also conduct training programs, actively engaged in the learning process.
Throughout the workshop, participants explored modern techniques for engaging participants through presentations and effective facilitation. The training concluded with a concrete action plan, ensuring that the new learnings will be applied in future training programs delivered by BIMโs counsellors, both nationally and internationally.
