Deep gratitude to the Communications Team of UNDP Bangladesh for the opportunity to facilitate a half-day session on “Communicate, Collaborate, and Lead” as part of its 3-day Annual Comms Team Workshop 2025.
It was an honor for our Founder & Managing Partner, Quazi M. Ahmed, to introduce the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Framework—a powerful soft skills toolkit designed to help individuals cultivate the mindset needed to drive the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) forward.
Today marked the third and final day of the workshop, themed “5 Years to Go”—a powerful reminder of the urgency and commitment required to achieve the SDGs. What made the session truly inspiring was the remarkable young talent in the room—future leaders in the communications field. This was not just an opportunity to share insights but also to learn from the brilliant participants who serve as communications focal points across all UNDP projects in Bangladesh.
