QUAZI Consultants successfully facilitated a special session titled โThe Power of Coaching: Unlocking Human Potentialโ in belated celebration of International Coaching Week 2025 on 19 August, 2025 at Gulshan 2, Dhaka. It was organized by Bangladesh Coaching Alliance (BCA) which is an initiative of QUAZI Consultants. The event was supported by BOLD (Bangladesh Organization for Learning and Development), D Leader, and the Global Center of Excellence, LLC (USA).

The program featured two renowned coaches: ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ป๐ฎ๐บ ๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ, PCC (ICF), ILM Level 7 Coach & Mentor for C Suite Practitioner (EIA & ITCA) EMCC CO-founder of D Leader and ๐ ๐๐ธ๐ต๐น๐ฒ๐๐๐ฟ ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ต๐บ๐ฎ๐ป, PCC (ICF), Corporate Strategist & Executive Coach. The session was coordinated by ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐บ๐๐น ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป, Coordinator of Bangladesh Coaching Alliance (BCA) and CEO of Campaign for Soft Skills.
Speakers stated about how coaching helps individuals discover strengths, overcome limitations, and grow personally and professionally. It fosters self-awareness, accountability, and confidence, while in organizations it builds leaders, teamwork, and performance. Ultimately, coaching transforms possibilities into achievements and unlocks true human potential.
