This leadership development initiative was designed to embed empathy into the daily practice of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Risk Managers (RMs) at the Small Business Division of BRAC Bank. It emphasized how empathetic leadership not only supports businesses but uplifts people, strengthens communities, and fosters long-term, sustainable growth.
A strategic partnership with ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐บ๐ is enabling Quazi Consultants to offer continued learning via Pathwork, a text-based microlearning app. Special thanks to Taufiq Uz Zaman, along with his colleagues Naimul and Labib, for supporting this innovative learning experience.
The workshop was further enriched by the presence and support of Mr. Anwar Alam, Senior Consultant at Quazi Consultants, who provided video documentation and valuable experience sharing.
