Dhaka, July 1, 2025 โ BRAC Bank, in collaboration with Quazi Consultants, officially launched its two-day leadership workshop titled โEmpathetic Leadershipโ on July 1, 2025, at Sepal Platinum Tower, Dhaka. The initiative is part of BRAC Bankโs ongoing commitment to nurturing emotionally intelligent, human-centered leaders who can inspire and lead with purpose.
Facilitated by renowned leadership expert Quazi M. Ahmed, the opening day of the workshop featured a deep dive into the foundations of empathetic leadership and emotional intelligence.
