International leadership trainer Quazi M. Ahmed, Founder & Managing Partner of QUAZI Consultants took part in the first-ever Trainersโ Meet 2025 in Dhaka on 6 September, 2025, where more than 150 professional trainers and distinguished figures from across Bangladeshโs training community came together.
Held under the theme โWhen Trainers Unite, Transformation Begins,โ the event aimed to foster collaboration, strengthen professional bonds, and highlight the role of trainers as key contributors to national development.
The event, presided over by K M Hasan Ripon, President of the Association, highlighted the spirit of unity over competition. The evening was moderated by Yousuf Efti, Founder and Executive Vice President, and attended by the Associationโs board, including Vice President Morad Hossain, Secretary General Laila Naznin, Treasurer Major (Retd.) Del H. Khan, and Director of Innovation Mr. Ziauddin Mahmud.
One of the most notable aspects of the evening was the participation of several legendary figures in the field of training and development. Alongside Quazi M. Ahmed, other distinguished guests included Moinuddin Chowdhury, Nilufer Karim, Dr. Musharaf Hossain, Tajdin Hasan, Mark Anupom Mallik, Suvasish Bhowmik, Coach Kanchan, S R Azad, Shaiful Islam, Tyseer Amin, Brigadier Mirza Baker, Prof Yusuf M. Speakers unanimously agreed that training is not just a profession, but a movement of one that transforms lives, builds capacity, and accelerates inclusive progress. As echoed by many: โA nation grows when its trainers grow together.โ Trainersโ Meet 2025 concluded with a renewed sense of mission and unity, marking a new era of innovation, connection, and national contribution for Bangladeshโs training community.
