𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝?
This program is offered in a hybrid fashion:
[1] 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
(1.1) 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝟮 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀) 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱: Where an IFC employee will introduce the course and an IFC website through which participants will be able to promote their training nationally and internationally. That person will be the contact point for any inquiries to IFC.
(1.2) 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝟮 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀) 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱: Each participant is required to give a 5-minute presentation on the introductory part of a training session that demonstrates the application of learning from the first 2 sessions that will be done via Zoom. Here participants will give feedback to each other in small groups and a guest facilitator will also give feedback to each person.
(1.3) 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝟯 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀) 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱: Based on the learning from 5 sessions, each participant is required to conduct a 15-minute mock training with a group of participants to demonstrate an ability to implement learning from the course on how to conduct an engaging training session.
(1.4) 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 (3 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬): All successful participants will receive a wood-framed certificate (a sample is in the attached brochure) and have a cozy dinner with guests. A separate fee of BDT 1000 is required for venue, dinner, and framed certificate.

□ Certificate will be awarded by IFC/ World Bank Group with Quazi Consultants as its accredited provider.
□ TOT graduates will be invited to enroll in the IFC-LPI Certified Trainer course and will get opportunities to work as volunteer trainers with Quazi M. Ahmed in some of his assignments with clients (conditions apply).
□ Fee for this Training Of Trainers (TOT) is BDT 15,000/- excluding 15% VAT if paid by April 5, 2025, and
□ Fee for this Training Of Trainers (TOT) is BDT 17,250/- excluding 15% VAT if paid after April 5, 2025.

yes, participants will receive the certificate of completion of the “Facilitating Learning: Online and In-Person” course provided that they:

The TOT is also recognized by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), a leading global authority on learning and development. TOT graduates qualify to apply for IFC-LPI’s Trainer Performance Monitoring & Assessment (TPMA), an internationally recognized trainer certification.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞
FoL (Foundations of Learning) must be completed by January 30, 2025, and either of the two certificates must be submitted to Quazi Consultants before 7:00PM on the same date. Prerequisites of this course consist of 4 online learning experiences that participants must complete before starting the instructor-led portion of the class:
□ 𝐌𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: This learning experience introduces some key theories and techniques that are the basis for our approach to training and which are discussed in more depth during the Facilitating Face-to-Face Learning in-person learning experience. (Duration: 30 minutes)
□ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞: This learning experience introduces the industry-standard methodology for providing high-quality training products and services, and places the Facilitating Face-to-Face Learning in-person learning experience in context. (Duration: 25 minutes)
□ 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬: This learning experience helps participants consider the best way to respond to the most common ethical dilemmas they might face as performance and earning professionals. It offers a tool and guidance for how to make decisions that protect and enhance themselves, their business, and the profession as a whole in both the short and long terms. (Duration: 20 minutes)
□ 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: This learning experience helps participants learn a little about themselves and their comfort level with facilitating training. They need to complete, print, and bring their completed self-assessment with them to the Facilitating Face-to-Face Learning in-person learning experience. (Duration:10 minutes)
The Link of the FoL (𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠) course will be provided to the participants of this TOT once their registration with payment is complete.
